Gray Magazine, December 2012
This industrial loft located in Portland’s Pearl District features a minimal color palate of white, black, and gray. The concrete floors were polished and sealed with a high-gloss finish, the walls and ceilings were painted with high-gloss Hollandlac paint from Fine Paints of Europe to provide a high level of reflectivity and improve the daylighting in the long narrow space. The kitchen is a single wall of stainless steel cabinets, with a poured-in-place concrete island. The island lights were provided and made in Portland by Eleek lighting with a custom high-gloss black finish.
