The Multnomah 4 is a four-unit condominium project in the Kerns Neighborhood in Northeast Portland. The project is situated on a 5,000 SF infill lot, and was designed in response to the city's housing shortage and need for urban density. The building has a modern form and incorporates large roof terraces at each unit.
